As a lead engineer on the "Haskell Desk" at JP Morgan's Emerging Technologies group, Will made key discoveries and innovations powering the open-source Juno Distributed Ledger project, presenting findings to the Hyperledger foundation in March 2016. He was a founding member of SEC’s Quantitative Analytics Unit, designing and building NEAT, the SEC’s first automated financial auditing and forensic analysis system. He was also the technical lead for the SEC’s Crypto-Currency Steering Committee, participating in the first cryptocurrency investigations.
