Annelise Osborne is the Chief Business Officer at Kadena, where she leads strategic business initiatives and partnerships. With over 20 years of leadership experience, she brings her expertise in finance, real estate, and digital assets to drive the company’s growth across the Web3 landscape and beyond.

Previously, she served as COO of Propellr, pioneering regulatory-compliant digital assets and bridging traditional finance with blockchain innovation. As Head of Institutional at Arca Labs, she successfully drove blockchain innovation through strategic partnerships and advisory services. Her time at Moody's, where she spent 12 years, solidified her reputation as a leader in the financial services industry.

Anelise is also an industry thought leader, with the recent release of her book, From Hoodies to Suits: Innovating Digital Assets for Traditional Finance (Wiley Publishing). The book explores the integration of digital assets into traditional finance, further establishing her as a visionary at the intersection of these sectors.
