Background

Beatrice O’Carroll is a financial and digital asset expert with over 20 years of experience in traditional and decentralized finance. She has held leadership roles at some of the world’s top financial institutions, including Citibank, Deutsche Bank, and Merrill Lynch, where she developed her expertise in global trading and institutional finance.

In 2015, Beatrice transitioned into the crypto space, where she became a key figure in the growth of digital assets. She held senior roles at itBit (now Paxos) and Circle, leading global sales and relationship management for Circle’s OTC trading desk and the Poloniex exchange. Her deep knowledge of decentralized finance and institutional markets has positioned her as a trusted advisor in the industry.

Beatrice is also committed to social impact, privacy, digital identity and censorship.

Beatrice holds a BA from St. John’s University and continues to be a leading voice in crypto.
