Background

Randy joined Kadena in April 2022 as the Developer Experience Lead and was promoted to CXO in 2023. With over 18 years of experience in frontend architecture, user experience, and finance technology, Randy has consistently driven innovation across multiple domains. Before Kadena, he founded UpFront, a front-end consultancy that eventually merged with Frontmen and later with iO, one of Europe’s largest agencies. His career has been dedicated to advancing user experience and pioneering solutions in financial technology and other domains through state-of-the-art web and app development.
