Background

As President and Co-Founder of Kadena, Will Martino focuses on advancing blockchain technology for real-world business applications, with a specific focus on institutional adoption. Pioneering significant milestones in blockchain infrastructure, crypto-economics, and bridging traditional finance with emerging technologies, he is pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in Web3.

Before Kadena, Will co-created JP Morgan’s first blockchain and served as Lead Engineer for Juno, their open-source blockchain prototype. His career also includes serving as the Tech Lead for the SEC's Cryptocurrency Steering Committee, where he played a key role in shaping regulatory approaches to digital assets. Will holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.
